By purchasing, accessing, or using EQ Wize course(s), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
All course materials, including but not limited to videos, content, downloads, frameworks, and resources, are the exclusive intellectual property of Coach Monique & EQ Wize. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale, sharing, or use of any materials, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Coach Monique & EQ Wize.
The content provided by Coach Monique & EQ Wize is for informational and educational purposes only and is not intended to constitute or substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You agree to use the information at your own discretion and risk.
Refund Policy
At EQ Wize, we are committed to ensuring our learners achieve their certification(s). We understand that learners may require multiple attempts to successfully complete the course assessment(s) and receive their certification(s). Therefore, we proudly offer unlimited attempts for each learner to take the course(s) until they successfully pass and receive their certification(s).
Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Learners are eligible to request a refund before 50% course completion. This means that once a course is over 50% completed, and/or a certification is issued, a refund will no longer be possible.
To initiate a refund request, the learner must inform EQ Wize Support via email at [email protected] when 50% or less of the course has been completed. Once more than 50% of the course has been completed, a learner is no longer eligible for a refund.
Upon receipt of a refund request, EQ Wize Support will review the submission as soon as possible. Following the review, EQ Wize Support is committed to initiating the refund process within 48 hours of the initial refund request. This ensures a prompt and efficient resolution for all refund inquiries.
All refunds, once approved and validated, will be processed and returned to the credit card used for the initial payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. This timeframe is consistent with Stripe’s Refund Policy*.
Coach Monique & EQ Wize reserve the right to decline a refund request if these policies are not followed.
